The Information We Collect: 

The information we collect when you register with us are your name, company name, phone number, address, email address, username, and password ("Contact Information"). You may choose not to provide this information by not registering with us, however, certain products and services on the Site are only available to you upon registration. When you register with us, you consent to our use of your contact information, as stated in this policy. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. At the time of purchase, your credit card information including number, expiration date, card type, and billing address or your credit card is collected as well as your contact information, which is necessary to process your orders and complete payment to us, and for record keeping purposes. We store your credit card information in a secure location and it is transmitted to us through a secure connection. Only authorized personnel have access to your credit card information. We may collect certain technical and routing information about your computer or mobile app and your use of our website, including IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, cookie identifiers, web beacons, log files, browser type, operating system, CPU speed, device data, website activity, and information from online advertisers or third parties that help us determine which products to show you ("Data"), so we may determine what our customers are interested in, to improve our service, and for targeted advertising. We keep a record of your orders details about your purchases, searches, downloads, logins, data and content submissions, support requests, and other miscellaneous information. Only authorized personnel have access to this information. We may include social media features on our website, such as Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and these features may collect your IP address and the pages you are visiting on our site, and set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. If you sign on to our site using social media, those services may provide you the option to share certain personal information with us. 

Emails

We ask for your email address when you register so we may notify you of discounts and special offers, some of which can only be taken advantage of through the email offer. You may unsubscribe to our email list at any time by sending an email to info@gratitudeattitudecards.com requesting to be removed, and you should no longer receive emails of that type from us. Upon creating your account, you may receive a series of welcome emails, confirming your account creation and informing you about how to use the site. To prevent receiving these messages, do not create an account, or otherwise cancel your account. You may receive transactional emails as a result of requests you initiate (e.g. forgotten password) and notifications as a result of actions you have taken (payment requests, purchase receipts, etc.). To prevent receiving these messages, you must either not use your account, or cancel your account. 

Accessing, Updated, Deleting your Information:

You may update your Contact Information at any time by going “My Account”. To receive information we collect about you, or to request that we correct, revise, remove, or delete your data, provide your email address and submit a request. We will supply or remove the associated data within thirty (30) days of your request.

Information Sharing: 

We may disclose Personal Information if required by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or legal process) or when necessary to protect our rights, avoid litigation, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, and/or respond to a government request. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.

DATA RETENTION: 

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with our agreements. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us and we will respond to your request within a reasonable amount of time. 

SECURITY OF OUR DATA: 

When you order from www.gratitudeattitudecards.com, you may submit your order over a secure connection. In addition, we store your credit card information in a secure location, which can only be accessed by authorized personnel. We may modify our privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always posted at www.gratitudeattitudecards.com. When we make changes, we will revise the date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. 

CAN SPAM Act: 

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations. We collect your email address in order to: • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. • Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders • We may also send you additional information related to your product and/or service. • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred To be in accordance with CANSPAM we agree to the following: • NOT use false, or misleading subjects or email addresses • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters • Monitor third party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used. • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly • Allow users to unsubscribe by emailing us at info@gratitudeattitudecards.com.  

Fair Information Practices: 

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify the users via email • Within 7 business days We will notify the users via in site notification • Within 7 business days We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors. 

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act): 

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.

They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We may use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy. California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: Users can visit our site anonymously Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found in our Quick Links Footer on the bottom of each webpage. Users are able to change their personal information: by emailing us. How does our site handle do not track signals? We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. It's also important to note that we do not allow third party behavioral tracking.
